Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before production, dispatch, or shipment processing has begun.
• Customized, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect product supplied by Panther Kable Tech.
• Manufacturing defects confirmed after inspection.
• Product damaged during transit and reported immediately upon delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Incorrect product selection by the customer.
• Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or storage.
• Customized or special-order products.
• Products returned without prior approval.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after inspection and approval by our quality team.

Return Approval

Customers must contact Panther Kable Tech within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate any return or refund request.
